Dried scallops, commonly known as Jiangyaozhu, Dai Zi Zhu, or simply dried scallop meat, are the large posterior adductor muscles of pen shells (genus Pinna). They are also recognized as one of the traditional "Eight Marine Delicacies" in Chinese culinary culture.
